Lara Dutta was born in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on April 16, 1978. Her father L.K. Dutta is a retired Wing Commander and mother is a British national named Jennifer Puddi. Lara has two sisters, one of whom serves in the Indian Air Force, and she is the cousin of famed composer and DJ Nitin Sawhney.

She won the Miss Universe title (2000) earned the name beauty with brain. The jury gave her 9.99 marks which was the highest score ever scored by an individual in the history of Miss Universe contest. She became the second Indian to win the title, first being the Sushmita Sen (1994).

According to the sources, Salman Khan will be featured opposed Ayesha Takia in his forthcoming movie under the banner of Boney Kapoor and the direction of "Michael Jackson of India" Prabhudeva. This time Salman will be seen in different character.

In this movie, Salman will be seen as a daredevil police officer who entered the group of mafia and works as his aide in the movie to destroy his mafia empire. The actress Ayesha helps Salman in this conspiracy against the mafia.

Producer Boney Kapoor and Director Prabhudeva have done the shootings of two songs in Bangkok. The duo music directors of Bollywood Sajid and Wajid have directed the melodious tune of this movie.

Garden shed Hall of fame...

Still got garden shed's on the brain? well I do and I need to finish mine...it's almost there folks, I have ordered the siding in "bisque" and now I just have to source a door knob, some outdoor light fixtures, paint the shed door and add personal touches like a flower box below the window. I am also going to add some interlock to the front of the door and use it as a small patio area.
